Our CNC Mill-Turning Department is Staffed by a Group of Highly Trained Manufacturing Engineers. Composed only of the highest quality Nakamura-Tome Precision Turning Centers it Provides you with increased accuracy and repeatability to service your high volume manufacturing requirements

Our TW-20 is the first of a new dual spindle lathe series for the Newtron Inc Manufacturing floor. It is a rugged, high speed, precision, horizontal lathe that truly offers both versatility and increased productivity. The dual spindle design along with the 30.71" Z Axis Stroke of the right hand spindle and milling/drilling capability of both turrets allows for complete primaryand secondary operations to be performed on both part sides without operator handling, additional setup/break down, or work in process storage required. With optional accessories such as tool probes, part probes, bar feeder, and high pressure coolant pumps the productivity of this machine is further enhanced. Using it's Dual Fanuc 18TC controls both spindles may be run separately so as to further accentuate the versatility of the TW-20
