Parts are fixtured in a group of 10 on a fourth axis rotary indexer on our matsurra 500 VMC.


This Complex setup then allows both sides to be machined without operator intervention. Production is further improved by quick change style tooling which allows the operator to load fixtures offline then mount them in the indexer
Parts are produced in a group of four then cut apart for single operations
